NEVER LISTEN TO THE CD WHILE DRIVING

If this is your first experience listening to a hypnosis CD or going through hypnosis, a few words are in order which will allow you to get the fullest benefit form your purchase. Remember Hypnosis is a natural state similar to day dreaming or having an intense focus on something, like a book or a movie so much so that you are more or less oblivious to your other surroundings.

THE EXPERIENCE
You will not feel anything you haven't felt before. That is you will not feel anything weird, different or strange.

YOU WILL FEEL RELAXED AND AT PEACE
You may experience a feeling of heaviness in your arms, legs or throughout your whole body. It just means your feeling deeper relaxed. At the conclusion of your session you will feel calm, refreshed and energized.

TRYING TO HARD
Please, do not try to be hypnotized. It is like trying to get to sleep, the harder you try the more anxious you become defeating your intentions. Just let yourself go, allowing the sound of my voice to guide you to a deeper and deeper relaxed state. Your mind may drift from time to time, just allow it and it will come back naturally to your subconscious.

VISUALIZATION
There are those who may have a difficult time visualizing. If you substitute the words "pretend – to – see" it will normally take care of itself. You may have to practice. One good example is visualizing (pretend to see) a lemon. Close your eyes and pretend to see yourself walking into your kitchen picking up a large, juicy, yellow, lemon. Now, see yourself grasping a knife and slicing the lemon in half, watching as the juice flows onto your counter top. Now, picture yourself bringing the lemon closer and closer to your mouth letting it touch your lips and tongue. Begin to see yourself sucking on this lemon as the juices flow on your tongue, the insides of your cheeks and the roof of your mouth. This demonstration should allow you to realize the simplicity of the experience as your saliva begins to accumulate.
